 Hello! Welcome back to my blog! Before I move on to my songs of choice. I wanted to do a little recap before our final production blog. I’ll also sprinkle in a little new information. However, it will be very minimal. I also wanted to thank you for sticking around this long. I know it can exhausting reading about someone’s story periodically. So, for that I thank you. Stick around for a little bit more. Our party is just getting started.



To recap, I was struggling with what I wanted to do and began to get lazy. I was always a slacker but I was slacking at an all-time high. I was procrastinating and my grades fluctuated. I was just living life day by day with no vision for the future. I was in the mindset of ‘it is what it is’. However, recently something changed. I received a new outlook on life. I guess after a long time of reflecting I realized that I wasn’t going to get anywhere if I kept slacking. So, I gained a new purpose. Figure out what I want to do and work towards it every day.

Short film research: Proaopagnosia

  To fulfill my genre of mystery, I need to conduct research of what that truly looks like. This short film is named "Prosopagnosia" created by Hugo Keijzer. A short summary of this film is about a man who suffers from the condition of prosopagnosia. In more simple terms, he does not have the ability to recognize faces. This is a case where his best friend was murdered and all traces point back to him. The sound is simply  diegetic with dialogue to evoke a suspenseful feeling.  Common Mis-en-Scene I witnessed were the main characters, the setting of the best friend's house, and the interrogation room. The lighting was low only to create that imagined blurred vision from the main character to mimic his condition.
