Production Blog: Editing Troubles?

Hello! Welcome back to my blog and today we're going to talk about editing the first part of the music video. If you can tell from the title, we ran into some issues. Issues that we're going to be talking about today! Stay tuned for that.

So, while Ben and I were editing the music video. I ran into an issue where the editing software refused to edit the video. No matter what I did changes were not saving. I asked Ben if he was having the same issues and he didn't. I was left wondering what was wrong with the software. If you're asking why I can't just use another one. My current editing software is the only one that is compatible with my computer. Ben needs some help editing the video and I don't want to leave him with all the work. Yet, everything I tried to fix I failed. If you any suggestions, please tell me in the comments below. As this severely halts the process of the video.
